Mary Beth Parks

I am an Executive Coach with nearly 40 years of experience in leadership & talent development, team-building, organizational transformation, change-management, coaching and mentoring in the corporate world. 

For more than 25 years, I served Hilton Worldwide in key marketing and branding positions. I drove the growth of the Hilton Honors loyalty program, launched multiple award-winning marketing campaigns, managed teams as large as 300 people across the globe, initiated learning & development programs and was accountable for budgets upward of $400 million. From 1992 when I joined the company to my retirement at the end of 2016, Hilton grew from an organization of fewer than 200 hotels and two brands in the United States to one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing hospitality companies with more than 4,000 hotels and 13 brands in 100 countries.

Throughout my career I was able to work with outstanding leaders and learned to become one myself. I’ve grown with excellent mentors and have served as a mentor to many. I’ve built teams, created new business capabilities, led functions, managed politics and conflict and helped my people grow their emotional intelligence. And I’ve experienced life-changing executive coaching…so much so that I discovered I wanted to be a coach in my post-corporate career. I offer my clients deep expertise in navigating corporate culture using enhanced leadership skills, emotional intelligence and inspiring executive presence.

I have two grown children and live on California’s Central Coast.
